The EMEA Sr Solutions Manager is a full-service technology resource for Investor Services initiatives. As Product Owner in the region, the focus of this position is relationship management with business stakeholders, identifying solutions based on business needs and requirements, prioritization of change requests in collaboration with business leadership, streamline processes and drive process implementation, new country adoption, general functional enhancements and manage a team of business analysts.Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for one or more of the following:
Yardi Product Owner for the EMEA region – work with various levels of the Investor Services business to capture goals and objectives and ensure technology requirements are in place to manage client and property data.Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationship with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions, and work with clients on new and existing engagements.Own the Yardi Technology Roadmap, in close collaboration with leadership teams, including new functionalities and data integrations with a multiyear outlook.Improvement & Innovation - Constantly look for ways to improve the way we work and the solutions we offer to our business and our clients.Conduct periodic Technology Governance calls with Leadership and business decision makers.Identify project stakeholders and user groups. Engage with the stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and plan change management for project roll out.Lead short term projects, with oversight of the established budget.Manage, guide, and support an application design team of business analysts ensuring high performance and productivity.DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work with various levels of the organization to capture project goals, objectives, and the associated requirements. Identify project stakeholders and user groups. Engage with the stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and plan change management for project roll out.Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across various platforms for each service line / region and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the business users.Partner with the user community, to identify their business requirements; analyze business processes and source data.Help drive process improvements and recommend best practices on the business platform; leverage your knowledge of best practices to help our professional services organization utilize the platforms to maximize resultsDrive the initiation, planning, requirements, design, test and post-production phases of the solution development life cycleWork with business leadership identifying product roadmap, feasibility, and corresponding timelines. Serve as point of contact for escalations and coordinating with cross-functional teams.EMEA POC for application vendor including updates on new functionality and releases, EU Compliance updates and escalation items.Recommend process improvement opportunities related to the application – document current state process and create future state process documentation.Lead and manage team of business analyst, providing guidance and support, monitoring team performance and capacity workloads. Conduct performance review in line with DRIVE values.Remain educated and up to date with current technologies, solutions, trends, and risks.JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Previous Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation7+ years of relevant experience in accounting, commercial real estate, and/or information technology5+ years of IT work experience5+ years of experience supporting application systemsOr similar combination of education and experienceTargeted Competencies
Strong and concise communication skills.Ability to build report with stakeholders, manage conflict and seek solutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven experience with business requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology developmentAbility to multi-task, effectively prioritize and adapt quickly to change in high pressure situations with minimal supervision required.Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal & presentation skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple projects.System experience (preferred): Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Azure Devops, Smartsheets.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
