This position is based at our Free Standing Emergency Department in Normandy Park area of Jacksonville FL. You will travel between the other FSEDs in Park West, Middleburg, Oakleaf, and Normandy Park. You may also travel to HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital on Kingsley Avenue.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Emergency Room Supply Coordinator will support the Free Standing Emergency Departments as the main contact for the ordering of supplies.
What you will do:
+ Ensuretimelyordering of necessary supplies. Orders must be placed by 10am every Monday/Wednesday/Friday
+ Once supplies aredelivered to the facility,ensuretimelydispensing of all new supplies.
+ Keep the supply rooms neat and orderly
+ Ensure there are no expired items in the supply rooms or in any of the patient care carts
+ At least once a month will go through all carts (patient care carts in rooms, laceration cart, casting cart, Code carts,Broselowcart, IV carts,etc) and verify there are no expired items
+ Complete inventory as needed.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Florida Driver license with clean driving record. Will be travelling between main hospital (Orange Park Hospital) and FSEDs (Normandy Park, Park West, Oakleaf, Middleburg).
+ Good computer skills.
+ Supply Chain or similar experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
