**Employee Relations Specialist - Remote**
**About the Role:**

As a CBREEmployee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing consultation and coaching to employees and managers to achieve positive outcomes for the company and people. The role would also be a key partner with HRBPs, Legal Counsel, Payroll, and Ethics & Compliance. In this role, you’ll provide advice and guidance to drive the implementations of an effective ER strategy, to identify business gaps with an emphasis on coaching and in maintaining a positive employee relations environment within the business.
**What You’ll Do:**
**Employee Relations (ER) and Investigations Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with managers, People and Legal teams along with internal stakeholders to provide ER coaching on performance matters and assess progress, coach managers and employees through corrective action and disciplinary actions.
+ Conduct investigations into internal employee complaints ranging from routine to modestly complex, including allegations of unfair treatment, harassment, discrimination, .
+ Provide recommendations to management and designated People Business Partners on appropriate resolutions, ensuring fairness in corrective actions or terminations.
+ Lead projects related to employee relations, engagement and People initiatives.
+ Work with People Business Partners to conduct workshops to effectively equip managers to manage workplace performance and conflicts.
+ Ability to problem solve and make fact based recommendations on employee relations matters.
**Other Duties as Assigned:**
+ May engage in project work supporting the People Team or other groups.
+ Assist with , status changes for existing employees, and terminations.
+ Assist with facilitating new hire virtual orientation and other training as needed related to employee relations.
+ Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
+ Prepare reports and conduct basic analysis for HR management review.
+ Interview employees to capture information about factors affecting worker morale, motivation, etc.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 20-25%

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Minimum of 2+ years of professional level experience within employee relations or HR Generalist experience,
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Familiarity with relevant federal, state and local employment laws
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Manufacturing/fulfillment experience a plus

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $69,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $72,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
