As an Engagement Manager within the NSW Private Sector team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for some of Australia’s most forward-thinking organisations. You'll work closely with customers across a variety of industries, helping them solve complex challenges through technology while delivering standout employee and customer experiences.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships, and partnering with customers to craft solutions that deliver real business outcomes. Your success will directly contribute to Logicalis’ growth and presence across the NSW private sector.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Opportunity & Relationship Management
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the NSW private sector.
Lead client engagements end-to-end, from discovery to proposal and delivery handover.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with stakeholders across existing and prospective clients.
🔹 Strategic Sales & Planning
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives and sector trends.
Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast, providing insight to sales leadership and delivery teams.
Position Logicalis as a strategic technology partner, not just a vendor.
🔹 Solution Advisory & Collaboration
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to shape solution architectures.
Translate customer pain points into tailored value propositions and project roadmaps.
Ensure a seamless handover to delivery teams and stay involved to ensure client satisfaction.
🔹 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Share regular feedback with internal teams to refine our go-to-market approach.
🔹 Professional Growth & Brand Representation
Attend industry events, roundtables, and training to stay ahead of the curve.
