As a DSP Project Lead at Harman, you are responsible for successfully running the DSP part of our Projects and ensure project deliveries in time, budget and quality. 

What You Will Do

Establish communication and synchronization with global cross functional teams involved in the project on a regular basePlan, monitor, control and track the DSP project to achieve the goals with respect to schedule, effort, product quality and process quality in a timely mannerProvide project status updates on a regular baseDefine and establish planning guidelines and priorities for the developmentServe as the face to the customer for all DSP related topicsWork with DSP and Acoustic team to deliver quality works

What You Need

    Expert knowledge in project management and coordination in a globally distributed development environment    Expert knowledge in software engineering    Knowledge of signal processing and acoustic    Knowledge of risk management    Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills    Structured and result-oriented working style    Ability of teamwork with internal/external teams
