• Lead supplier quality related problem solving by supplier management using multiple quailty tools, such as A3, 8D, DMN, CS, SQIP etc.
• Initiate supplier improvement plan or control shipping when supplier performance downgraded or severe problems occurs.
• Responsible for cost recovery collection and communication to supplier for supplier related cost.
• Train and coach SQA engineer.
• Component safe launch plan implementation and performance monitoring.
• Responsible for improvement of procedures related to supplier quality management and education to reports or stakeholders of the procedures and changes
