Compensation: Compensation is dependent on experience and rages from $30 to $34 per hour.                                   

General Summary:
This position works closely with the Chief Building Engineer to keep all trainings for building staff and department staff occurring regularly. This position will also be responsible for ordering for the department, tracking Altum equipment, ensuring SOP’s for departments are updated and current, coordinate meetings and educate contractors on building policy and requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain and document all Engineering Department trainings including new hire, ongoing, refresher, and any other building emergency training.

Assist with ordering as needed.

Handle all receiving and delivery of equipment or ordered items.

Work with organizing and gathering information for upcoming events from Event Managers and any other maintenance or construction around the building.

Enter all Altum information, run reports, update PMs, identify any concerns of equipment that needs to be assessed by the Chief Building Engineer.

Assist with arm gate repairs.

Assist with plumbing orders.

Ensure all vendors and contractors in for work are following building policy and adhering to OSHA, Sustainability and building protocols.

Update and maintain department SOP’s, JHA’s as needed and keep all files on drives current.

Coordinate and prepare for meetings with surrounding security entities, any OEM departments, and City sustainability meetings.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED
