Our Bagdad operations in Arizona offers housing at a subsidized rate, a family-friendly atmosphere and numerous amenities including an aquatic center, golf course and fitness center. Located 100 miles northwest of Phoenix, Bagdad is home to the world's first commercial - scale concentrate leach processing facility, as well as one of the longest continuously operating solvent extraction/electrowinning plants in the world.  Visit the Bagdad town website (https://bagdadaztown.com/) to learn more. **What You Will Do** Under close supervision, assists in providing technical advice and guidance for designated engineering projects and programs at assigned site. + Assists in the review, investigation and development of appropriate recommendations regarding assigned engineering projects. + Participates on small to medium site construction, expansion or modification projects. + Administers contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment. + Develop working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations appropriate to area of assignment. + Performs other duties as required. **What You Bring To Freeport** Minimum Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED and (4) four years of Engineering experience, **OR** + Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific discipline + Fluency in English + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to a diversely educated audience. + Present a positive, professional image. + Self-motivated, energetic, able to execute, and client-service oriented. + Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety of yourself and others. + Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards. Preferred Requirements: + Experience in planning and execution + Experience in maintenance and reliability + Able to research and analyze information and draw valid conclusions. + Good interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills with diverse teams of technical and non-technical staff + Be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure. **What We Offer You** The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  **$78,500,-$107,000.**  This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
