We are seeking an **Engineering Student** for our **Atlantic Canada District** , within our **Canadian Buildings Division,** that is available for **4 months** starting **September 2025,** to work in **Oromocto, NB** . As an **Engineering Student** and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: **Responsibilities** + Conducting trade quote reviews – verifying material quantities, hours, and rates. + Conducting deficiency walks. + Inputting/Updating deficiency logs. + Issuing warranties. + Taking/Coordinating progress photos. + Updating, coordinating, and producing drawings. + Performing quantity takeoffs. + Coordinating and supervising sub-trade work. + Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings. + Setting-up/Maintaining record keeping. + Updating project schedules. + Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades. **Qualifications** + Working towards a degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field preferred. + A passion for working in a construction environment. + Experience with the application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting. + Self-motivated with a hands-on approach. + Prior field construction experience is considered an asset. **Next Step** + Please note that candidates who have been selected to move forward to the next stage of the recruitment process will receive an email to complete a short online video interview.
