Job Title: Electronics Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PCB Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs following detailed schematics and instructions.
+ Perform visual inspections and functional tests on PCBs to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot and repair faulty PCBs using diagnostic tools and techniques.
+ Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve technical issues and improve PCB designs.
+ Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and repairs.
+ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field preferred.
+ Proven experience in PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in using soldering equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
+ Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit design.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
