Overview This role is responsible for supporting the KSA & UAE BU markets Commercial, finance & planning & other support functions with key reporting and analysis of performance by Channel, Key Customer and Sales Area against key deliverables, Adding value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to the KSA & UAE sales team, highlighting all opportunities for growth and productivity. The Go To Market Analyst roles has the added key responsibility for analyzing market conditions, customer insights, and competitive data to support the development and execution of effective go-to-market strategies. This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Support PepsiCo Go to Market leadership team (typically LG+1) - with standard reporting against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests. • Responsible on all financial & Sales reporting related to the assigned market on the agreed frequency with high level of accuracy. The accuracy of these reports has significant impact on Pepsico spends related decisions running into Millions of Dollars,– apart from the Sales operation team themselves, whom the analyst role supports. • Assist in developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new GTM KPI`s or market expansions & collaborate with GTM management to align KPI features and benefits with market needs. • Create sales tools and resources (e.g., presentations, datasheets) to support the sales team in executing the GTM strategy & gather feedback from the sales & Go to Market teams on market response and customer insights to refine strategies • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives. • Supporting business across large regional scope (AMESA region) ,and leading on the process through dealing with different Business Units across AMESA • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Go to market reports for management & prepare detailed reports for sales leaders and executives on compensation-related metrics. • Analyze sales data post-launch to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM strategies and identify areas for improvement & prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations. • Develop Competitive intelligence reports to support decision-making for future initiatives. • Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub People Responsibilities • Develop daily interaction with senior leadership with the market under scope. Across multiple Functions including Sales team, and BU Finance Planning and Controls teams. • Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders including the Go to Market team, Commercial function, embedding GBS Commercial Analytics services within the organization. • Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Go to market & Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders • Support the Reporting & Analytics Lead and Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings. • Work closely with wider GBS team members to deliver full loop data support to Cluster business. • Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub Qualifications • Bachelor’s in business / accounting; MBA preferred • Min 1-3 years of experience in Analytics & Reporting within FMCG (Sales or Finance) • Strength in IT with ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical and reporting visualization tools including Power BI and / or tableau , (AI an advantage) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
