About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Lancaster, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate or 2025 graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across all phases of land development and site design. You’ll begin by supporting a few projects and, over time, grow into managing 10–15 active projects simultaneously, with mentorship from experienced engineers and designers.

What You'll Do

Design and develop site and land development projectsPrepare and review plans and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3DConduct site assessments and generate technical solutionsPerform stormwater management and drainage designCoordinate with project managers, landscape architects, and other team membersMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory complianceCommunicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field0–2+ years of experience in civil/site design (internships welcome)Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetUnderstanding of stormwater management, wastewater, and site plan development

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Hydraflow Storm SewersExperience with Microsoft Office toolsEIT or PE license (or working toward one)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
