CDM Smith is seeking an Entry Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. In particular, we are looking for a communications professional who has a passion for using social media and other digital communication tools to effectively deliver brand messaging that engages and excites.

The successful candidate will:

• Help lead a cross-functional social media team to create and curate social media content, use social media management software for publishing and monitoring, gather data and analyze data for continual improvement, and apply social media best practices.
• Leverage existing social platforms and test new platforms and ideas.
• Apply an understanding of content marketing and SEO.
• Help educate others on value and use of social media.
• Work proficiently within SproutSocial.
• Work collaboratively with peers across departments to ensure that social media channels support marketing objectives.
• Perform other duties as required.
