What You'll Be Doing

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and haul trucks safely and efficientlyPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceLoad and transport materials to designated areas within the siteFollow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidentsSupport plant operations and assist with general labor tasks as needed

Proven ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive mannerStrong awareness of safety practices and commitment to a safe work environmentAbility to adapt to changing tasks and work in a team-oriented settingPhysically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditionsReliable, punctual, and self-directed with a strong work ethic
 

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
 

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
