Our client, a private equity company in Battery Park, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their Credit team. This will be a 1 month assignment starting the week of 4/28 with flex to extend. The hours are in the office Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

Heavy calendar management and scheduling of meetings across time zonesOrganize travel arrangements, including creating itineraries for multi-leg tripsLiaise directly with clients and help to coordinate meetings, conference calls and other forms of communicationPrepare and manage expense reportsOrganize and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and eventsMaintain and update the CRM systemAssist with onboarding new hires and coordinating recruitment processesOrganize team outings and events to foster a positive team cultureCollaborate across the administrative team to help support operations in the NYC office

Qualifications:

3 - 5+ years of experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsA strong ability to manage multiple priorities and take independent initiativeResourceful, proactive, have good judgement

Compensation:
