A life science real estate investment firm are looking for an EA / Office Manager to join the New York team.

The Role:
Key Executive Assistant responsibilities include:
Providing daily support to three executives and the office managerManaging complex diaries and scheduling meetingsCoordinating travel arrangementsHandling expense management and timesheetsEnsuring smooth office operations, including managing supplies, liaising with contractors, and assisting with office relocationsSupporting employee onboardingPreparing meeting agendas and presentationsGreeting guests to ensure a positive experience for clients and vendorsContributing to company culture through event planning and team-building activitiesAssisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasksThe Ideal Candidate:
The successful EA will:
Work effectively across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environmentMaintain discretion and handle confidential information with careBe a proactive self-starter with a positive attitudeBe a quick learner with an interest in real estate and life sciencesDemonstrate strong attention to detailCommunicate clearly and professionallyManage multiple priorities and conflicting tasks effectivelyBe proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDetails & Benefits:
