Job Description
This role involves supporting the Chief Financial Officer and performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient operations within the department and for managers and supervisors.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.Receive and direct visitors and clients.Conduct general clerical duties including photocopying and mailing.Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.Handle requests for information and data.Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails, and presentations.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership.Prepare agendas for meetings and manage schedules.Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.Maintain office supply inventories.Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and attend meetings as proxy for leadership.Manage calendar to support community events and business development engagements.Complete expense reports for the Finance team.Essential Skills2+ years of Executive Assistant experience within a mid to large corporate environment.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Skills & QualificationsPlanning and organizing skills.Prioritizing tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Customer service orientation.Teamwork and collaboration.Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week in the office. You will be supporting the CFO and assisting the Accounting & Finance department.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.86/hr.
