Responsibilities

The Administrative Secretary is responsible for accurate record keeping and secretarial functions of the Administration Department.  The Administrative Secretary is accountable to CNE, CFO and Executive Assistant to CEO.

Assumes responsibility for the accurate record keeping and secretarial duties of the Administration office as assigned, utilizing knowledge of office systems and proceduresMaintains Administration files, cross indexing according to numeric, alphabetic or coding systems as necessaryProvides receptionist coverage for the Administration Department, greets and routes visitors, answers telephone, providing factual information according to the nature of the inquiries and within the guidelines of the hospital's regulations, refers major administrative or technical questions to appropriate officials
Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of two years recent secretarial experiencePrevious experience in a healthcare settingAble to read, speak and write EnglishComputer skills including strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skillsAbility to understand and follow oral and written instructions
