Senior Experience Owner II /Product Manager – CiZi Mobile Digital Assistant
Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Senior Experience Owner/Product Manager to lead our "CiZi" mobile digital assistant initiative. This individual will spearhead a multidisciplinary pod, aiming to develop an industry-leading digital assistant capable of managing customer service needs and delivering advanced features.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a pod with diverse skill sets, ensuring collaborative efforts in developing the CiZi digital assistant.Drive the creation of a best-in-class digital assistant that delivers superior customer experiences and actionable capabilities.Oversee the development of features and functionalities that are at the forefront of digital assistant technology.Ensure all work is effectively documented and managed in JIRA, using Scrum methodology.Qualifications:
Extensive experience in product management, preferably in the digital assistant or chatbot space.Proficient in JIRA for story writing and project management.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum methodology.Familiarity with Amazon Lex, Lambda, Bedrock, and other Amazon AI capabilities is a significant plus.Proven track record of delivering customer-focused products with advanced features.Desired Skills:

The salary range for this position is $ 132,097 - $ 220,162 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
