We are seeking an experienced CNA/PCA/HHA to start immediately at BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living Monitor and report changes in patient health status Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Requirements: Valid certification as a CNA/PCA/HHA Prior experience in a similar role Current CPR Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Successfully pass drug screening and background check Ability to work with pets  Ability to transport clients in safe insured reliable vehicle Benefits: Competitive compensation Paid training and continuing education opportunities Flexible scheduling options About the Company:
