Exploration & Subsurface Evaluation Team Assistant
Our client is looking for Admin Assistant for Exploration & Subsurface Evaluation Team. This role is to be located in Perth to work on their facility for 12 months contract.

Position:          Admin Assistant
Duration:         12 months contract
Schedule:        Monday – Friday & 8 hours per day
Location:         Perth

Primary Objective:
To provide Manager Exploration & Subsurface and the ESE Team project management support as required.          

Responsibilities:                                            Provide administration support. Document support including formatting, editing and streamlining. Provide administrative support for meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, resolving meeting room conflicts, assisting with planning and preparation of meeting materials. Process all international and domestic travel arrangements, raising RFT’s for flights/hotels and tracking of the team’s travel/leave arrangements. Assist IBEP Directors signature process. Maintain structure and organize regular clean-up of the Project MS Teams collaboration SharePoint site and L drive. Maintain folder access register. Undertake any other administrative duties as required. Preparation and management of Purchase Orders for ESE. Manage and track data submissions. Control incoming and outgoing government and partner data submission and notifications  Team Work: Highly motivated and reliable individual that can define short and long-term goals and then set about achieving them with minimum intervention. Actively promote and foster teamwork and a team culture with colleagues. Provide proactive assistance to other team members in demanding times/situations. Excellent communication and organization skills. Able to manage a large workload and break it down in manageable parts whilst maintaining overview of overall progress. High attention to detail and compliance with processes and procedures Enthusiastic attitude capable of positively influencing the team.  Qualifications: Previous training and/or experience in a Technical support position (Exploration or Appraisal) and a Permit Management support role would be a significant advantage. Experience using ARC GIS would be highly regarded. Scheduling, planning and project management experience essential (MS Project) etc. Understanding of oil and gas operations (drilling and seismic), Regulations and JOA management would be a clear advantage. Some understanding of the legislative requirement for exploration in Australia.
