This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment.  Responsibilities:Conduct daily facility inspections and report or address repair needsPerform routine maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and building systemsComplete and track work orders, maintain documentation, and update inventory logsAssist with construction oversight and interact with vendors/contractorsRespond to off-hour emergencies and ensure compliance with safety protocols Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years of facility maintenance experienceJourneyman Electrician or HVAC license is a plusExperience with cleanroom environments and building automation systems is a plusAbility to read blueprints and perform physically demanding tasksMust lift up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and be available for night shifts/weekends Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $18.00–$25.00 per hourMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and training opportunitiesCareer growth and development support Your New Organization:Join a team that values safety, operational excellence, and employee well-being.
