Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the facility security infrastructure at field sites and camps. Provides work direction and oversight to team members and contractors.
Job Role Responsibilities
The Facility Security Support Team Leader is responsible for the following:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for multiple facility security locations and applications, including Hikvision Security Management System, Genetec, Visitor Management Systems, Bosch, and others.
Provide hardware support and troubleshoot issues for CCTV systems, badge readers, and card management systems, including Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Lenel, Apex, etc.
Participate in all aspects of application and hardware support, as well as project engagement activities, including interfacing with clients, internal IT service providers, and external vendors.
Engage with key interfaces and clients to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
Participate in forecasting and basic budget management tasks.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Foundational Supervisor Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an IT-related field (Required)
Knowledge and experience in Facility Security (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a teamwork orientation
Ability to initiate change and implement new processes, with demonstrated leadership and motivation skills
Excellent analytical skills, business needs comprehension, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Job-Specific Skills:
Experience in IT Facility Security Services (Required)
IT Operations experience (Required)
Project Management experience (Preferred)
