Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Clean and prepare molds with release agents
Repair or maintain molds as needed. Laying Cut fiberglass cloth or mat to the required shapes and sizesApply resin and layer fiberglass material onto molds by hand lay-up or spray-up methodTrim excess fiberglass from edges using hand tools or power toolsSand, grind, and polish surfaces to achieve a smooth finishAssemble different components (e.g., legs, backrests) to complete furniture itemsFiberglass Tech Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required Manufacturing or construction experience requiredAbility to lift 60lbs consistentlyAble to work 10 and 12 hours shiftsAbility to read a tape measure and basic shop mathAttention to detail and enjoys working with teamApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
