Your primary objectives will be to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate pipeline growth throughout the diverse markets of North America. You will be the key marketing strategist for the region, translating global marketing objectives into impactful local campaigns and activities.
**About the Role:**
+ **Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Plans:** Design, implement, and manage comprehensive, integrated marketing plans tailored to the diverse markets within North America, ensuring alignment with sales goals and corporate marketing strategies.
+ **Demand Generation:** Drive robust lead generation and pipeline creation through a mix of marketing tactics, including digital marketing (email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM), webinars, virtual and in-person events, content syndication, and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
+ **Event Strategy and Management:** Plan, manage, and execute participation in key industry trade shows, conferences, regional events, workshops, and executive roundtables across North America. Oversee all aspects from strategic planning and budget allocation to logistical execution and post-event lead management.
+ **Sales Enablement and Collaboration:** Serve as the primary marketing partner for the North America sales teams. Understand their regional needs, effectively communicate marketing plans, provide relevant collateral and sales tools (localized where necessary), and ensure a seamless lead management process.
+ **Content Adaptation and Messaging:** Adapt global marketing content and messaging to resonate with the specific cultural and business nuances of various markets within North America. Identify content requirements and collaborate with central marketing teams to develop relevant materials (e.g., case studies, white papers, solution briefs).
+ **Budget Management:** Manage the North America field marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and meticulous tracking of ROI for all marketing activities across North America.
+ **Performance Tracking and Reporting:** Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze results, and provide regular, insightful reports to sales and marketing leadership on pipeline contribution, ROI, and key learnings from different regions/territories within North America.
+ **Market Intelligence:** Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors across North America. Utilize these insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with corporate marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and communications teams, as well as any regional marketing resources, to ensure global alignment and leverage broader company initiatives.
**About You:**
+ 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the enterprise technology or SaaS industry.
+ Proven experience (3+ years) in a field marketing role covering the US and Canada.
+ Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results (pipeline generation, customer acquisition, ROI).
+ Strong understanding of demand generation best practices, digital marketing channels, event marketing, and ABM strategies.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
+ Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
+ Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
