Airswift Digital is seeking a dedicated Compressor Operator to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role involves hands-on maintenance and operation of compressor packages, including CAT 3500, 3600 models. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CAT 3500, 3600 compressor packages.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters and oil.

Start and stop compressors as per operational requirements.

Monitor and adjust compressor settings to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.

Qualifications

Previous experience with compressor operations is advantageous but not required.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work a 7/7 rotation schedule.

No man camp available; candidates should be local or willing to use personal accommodation (e.g., camper).
