Job Description
Utilize your electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to our customers. Perform installation and troubleshooting on vacuum pumps, abatement, gas and chemical delivery systems to maintain and increase revenue for both service and sales divisions. Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment. Work professionally and develop strong customer relations. Demonstrate your ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Adhere to all site fab and subfab protocol requirements. Comprehend the use of test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools. Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance while working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Respectfully take direction from supervisors and complete other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
+ Field service experience
+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
+ Ability to read schematics and diagrams
+ Electromechanical experience
+ High School Diploma
+ Associates degree or full military equivalent
+ 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
+ Positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic
+ Strong willingness to learn and commitment to excellence
+ Self-starter with the ability to set priorities and demonstrate initiative
+ Ability to follow instructions and exercise good independent judgment
+ Competence in using test equipment including test meters, hand tools, and power tools
+ Basic computer skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills
+ Ability to work in confined or awkward spaces for extended periods
+ Training to work at height using approved fall protection equipment
+ Successful completion of Physical Capability assessment
+ Clean driving record
+ Fluency in written and spoken English
+ Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly
Work Environment
This role is onsite at Intel Ocotillo, involving physical workload including installing/decommissioning semiconductor tools. The work environment includes wearing a respirator and working in a subfab/cleanroom environment. You need to be prepared to wear a respirator for at least 2 hours (men must be clean-shaven). Steel-toed boots are required. The job involves walking 9-10 miles a day and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will work in a subfab environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
