Your Role

Part of Unity-SC’s measurement and testing technology business.In charge of startup activities from move in, until system apps qualification. Able to complete qualifications.Troubleshoot and provide corrective maintenance to Unity toolset. Follow up on the customer’s feedback and system issues by coordinating high communication level with customer, Unity team and headquarter. Initiate and participate to projects related to customer CIP or internal projects.Follow and propose action plan for corrective action and improvement.Follow checklist and procedure. Perform system retrofit when needed.Report non-conformances from customer site.Ensure customer satisfaction and relation by developing a high communication level and proactive actions.Capability to conduct daily activities on intense production area.Follow all safety rules and internal process.Part of the job include providing training to customer.

 

Who You Are

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Microelectronics preferred).Strong technical foundation in semiconductor or related fields.Customer-facing experience, handling technical support and communication with international teams.Good communication skill.Team-oriented mindset with knowledge-sharing capabilities.
