Job Title: Field Service TechnicianJob Description Proficiently set up and operate all crushing and screening equipment, accurately identifying key components within these systems. Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics with minimal guidance, demonstrating knowledge of component repair and rebuild procedures. Perform mid-level diagnostic and repair tasks with limited assistance, and be capable of fabricating and welding as required. Utilize diagnostic tools and software with minimal support to complete warranty repairs effectively. Communicate daily equipment maintenance needs clearly and professionally with customers. Responsibilities + Set up and operate crushing and screening equipment. + Identify key components within crushing and screening systems. + Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. + Demonstrate knowledge of component repair and rebuild procedures. + Perform mid-level diagnostic and repair tasks. + Fabricate and weld as required. + Utilize diagnostic tools and software. + Complete warranty repairs. + Communicate equipment maintenance needs with customers. Essential Skills + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and schematics. + Experience with heavy equipment and industrial machinery. + Knowledge of motors, engines, and conveyor systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Heavy industrial equipment repair background . + Experience with big machinery components. + Providing own basic tools is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is dog-friendly, with swamp coolers in service pits to provide some relief from the heat, although there is no air conditioning. Employees typically work from Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Some team members start as early as 4:30 AM to take advantage of cooler temperatures, finishing their day at 2:30 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $74880.00/yr. Wage paid bi-weekly.• Eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance on the first of the month following thirtydays of active employment. (80% of Health insurance is paid by the employer, all other electedinsurances will be paid by the employee). We have a variety of supplemental insurancesavailable.• Eligible for the company 401(k) plan after ninety days of active employment. Company matchesup to 5% and there is no vesting period.• Basic Life Insurance paid by the company.• Seven paid holidays a year provided per our policy.• Eligible for PTO accrual. 1st year can earn up to 80 hours, 2nd year can earn up to 120 hours and 3rd year going forward can earn up to 160 hours per year.
