Your role:

Financial Planning & Analysis

•            Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the IVD business.

•            Provide financial insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

•            Analyze market trends, business performance, and customer profitability.

Business Partnership

•            Partner closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and margin growth.

•            Support pricing strategies, product launches, and commercial initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessments.

•            Act as a key advisor to the Country GM for IVD on financial matters and strategic planning.

Controllership & Compliance

•            Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements.

•            Work with auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams to manage audits and financial reporting.

•            Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Performance Management

•            Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs.

•            Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.

•            Drive working capital management, including inventory and receivables.

Leadership & Team Development

•            Manage and develop the country finance team or dotted-line reports aligned with the IVD business.

•            Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.

•            10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.

•            Experience in a multinational company with a matrix structure.

•            Strong knowledge of IVD  is a must

•            Proven track record in financial planning, strategic partnering, and compliance.

•            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
