Your responsibilities: 

Lead a portfolio of finance or GBS tower projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline. 

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies. 

Drive strategic transformation initiatives such as process overhauls and technology implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; facilitate workshops and training sessions. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. 

Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and company policies, including financial and performance reporting. 

Guide and support project teams, ensuring timely task completion and accurate updates in tools like Jira. 

Requirements for the role: 

5–7 years of advanced project management experience in a global organization, preferably in finance or IT sectors. 

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, supported by certifications such as Prince2, PMI, or APM. 

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments and regions. 

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with project tracking systems. 

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
