Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals for two openings, a Financial Analyst and a Senior Financial Analyst. You will play a critical role in financial planning and analysis, market consulting, pricing, process automation, and financing and mergers & acquisitions. The ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic team environment, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop forecasting methodologies and driver-based financial models to support company-wide forecasts.Lead the annual budgeting process by creating models and collaborating with operational and corporate departments.Extract data from reporting systems using SQL and present in clear, actionable reports and visuals.Serve as an internal consultant for operational markets, creating financial models to identify strategies for financial performance improvement.Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies for large group opportunities.Support Supply Chain and Procurement with cost-saving initiatives.Develop PowerBI dashboards with the company developer to monitor key metrics.Collaborate in ERP system implementation with Accounting, Operations, and external consultants.Identify opportunities for process automation to increase operational efficiency across departments.Support financing activities, analyze credit terms, and respond to due diligence requests.Create reporting packages for lenders, including financial performance reviews and covenant calculations.Contribute to M&A efforts through industry research, financial analysis, and due diligence.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsFinancial analysisBudgetingForecastingAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PowerBI, SQL, and visualization toolsExperience with program developmentAbility to present data and explain it clearlyWork Environment
This position involves working on the financial modeling and forecasting for 39 business units, requiring dedication and willingness to work longer hours as needed. The work environment is supportive, with an open-minded attitude towards learning and professional development. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two remote days, primarily Mondays and Fridays, with mandatory office presence on Wednesdays. The office hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and the dress code is business casual, allowing for jeans as long as they are neat and professional. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
