Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Islandia, New York. In this role, you will manage financial processes, track budgets, and create analytical tools to support engineering and production management initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of budget tracking, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Responsibilities: • Manage consultant agreements, including processing task order requests, agreement increases, and reallocating budgets. • Assist with the purchase order closeout process by reviewing their status, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining thorough records. • Maintain and analyze data related to firm profiles, agreements, budgets, and actual expenditures across various programs. • Track budgets and costs for multiple projects using pre-existing Microsoft Excel dashboards. • Design new Excel tracking tools as needed, incorporating advanced formulas and macros. • Develop and update organizational charts to reflect current team structures. • Collaborate with staff from diverse clients and disciplines to support production management efforts. • Coordinate activities to ensure smooth project execution and prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or production management. • Proficiency in tracking and generating budget and cost reports, as well as performing administrative functions. • Experience creating organizational charts and maintaining weekly reports. • Ability to establish project plans, manage priorities, and handle complex tasks simultaneously. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and macros. • Detail-oriented approach with proven ability to maintain positive relationships with clients. • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Solid time management and organizational abilities.
