Description
Robert Half is actively recruiting for a knowledgeable, accomplished NetSuite Administrator Consultant to support our private equity backed Healthcare client.
The consultant will assist with continuous support and training of employees on the NetSuite accounting functions. The consultant will have hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, reporting, and user support. In addition, the consultant will train a permanent employee to assume the role going forward to maintain and enhance workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports; manage roles, permissions, users, and access controls; identify and resolve technical and functional issues; coordinate with NetSuite Support and internal stakeholders as needed. The consultant will collaborate with departments (Finance and Operations) to understand business requirements and implement system enhancements. Ensure system integrity and data accuracy through regular audits, validations, and updates. The client is located in Long Beach, CA and this role can be done remote.
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, and Reporting.
-Experience creating saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and custom reports.
-Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or other NetSuite tools.
-Understanding of ERP systems, accounting principles, and business processes.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Background in process improvement or business analysis.
Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in financial project management or a related role.
• Strong expertise with NetSuite, including modules such as Financials and Reporting.
• Proficiency in creating workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports within NetSuite.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or similar NetSuite tools.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in process improvement or business analysis is highly desirable.
