**Join Aerotek as a Skilled Fitter/ Welder in Airway Heights, WA - Earn Up to $30/hr! - Monday - Thursday** We are looking for experienced welders to join our team. You will work from blueprints, using .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire, and perform fitting operations. WABO certification and prior welding experience are necessary. **Responsibilities:** + Interpret blueprints for precise welding tasks. + Perform fitting operations accurately. + Use .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire for welding. + Execute 5/16 fillet welds efficiently. + Maintain safety standards in the welding environment. **Essential Skills:** + Proficiency in FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Structural steel welding expertise. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Ability to obtain 2G FCAW WABO and AWS certification. + Experience with shop fabrication. **Work Environment:** Work in a large indoor shop with open bays for welding and fabrication. SHIFT: 4a-2:30p & 3p-1:30a (Monday-Thursday) **Job Type & Location:** This is a Contract to Hire position based in Airway Heights, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
