We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to provide maintenance planning and defect management control within the UKI Fleet Engineering Maintenance team.
What will you do:
Responsibility of specific maintenance planning across all UK&I Fleet operations
Making sure all live and completed maintenance tasks are documented in accordance with Air Products and DVSA policies to ensure legal compliance
Maintain and communicate up to date information on all UK&I Fleet VOR (vehicle off road) levels impacting supply chain operations.
Control and review all UK&I fleet maintenance tasks in SAP to ensure all safety critical equipment is maintained in accordance with Air Products requirements
Ensure all maintenance schedules are active and compliant and are managed effectively.
Ensure all master data and planned maintenance requirements are correctly set up within SAP and Truck-file for UK&I Equipment
Ensuring resolution of day-to-day accounts queries relating to UK&I fleet external vendor activities.
Creation of Purchase Requisitions against external vendors relating to maintenance activities and the processing of all associated invoices.
Providing additional admin support to other engineering functions where required
Updating of relevant planned or unplanned maintenance schedules. Progress chasing of maintenance data/records to ensure compliance to legal standards.
Working with all distribution areas (drivers/supervisors) to ensure preventative maintenance tasks are initiated and actioned as required.
Assist in organising planned maintenance activities for 450+ pieces of equipment
Ensure all maintenance activities are booked to relevant cost centres for all UK&I equipment.
What are we looking for:
Strong Administrative Skills
Automotive equipment awareness if possible
Strong PC skills – Microsoft Office (essential), SAP (Desirable although training will be given)
Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
Ability to manage own workload
