Overview Big Sky Resort is seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and organized Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead our on- and off-mountain vehicle and equipment operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical expertise, a passion for the automotive and equipment industry, and a desire to lead a team in a dynamic mountain environment. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will oversee a team of experienced mechanics, providing hands-on support, training, and leadership. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing budgets, ordering parts, and ensuring compliance with resort and OSHA standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining our fleet and driving the continued growth and success of the department.
