What you will do

The Fleet Manager will drive the daily operations of the VFS EaaS Fleet, focusing on consistency, efficiency, and sustainable business results. You will engage with teams to identify and implement best practices, promote LEAN processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across the network. Developing talent within the team and fostering a collaborative work environment are also key aspects of the role.

•    Oversee fleet operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal utilization.
•    Implement and support LEAN logistics concepts and visual management.
•    Monitor financial aspects of the operation, including budget adherence and cost efficiency.
•    Analyze forecasts and prevent service disruptions or inefficiencies.
•    Support improvement plans for operations, asset management, and team performance.
•    Foster teamwork and open communication to drive shared successes.
•    Encourage innovation and forward-thinking in daily operations.
