**Hybrid** **Job Description:** + This project involves compiling all existing Operations Safety & Readiness programs to document their current state, develop a comprehensive roadmap for future improvements, and create detailed project plans for execution. + The Project Coordinator will drive the roadmap by running cross-functional meetings, identifying action items, and ensuring successful completion of tasks. **Responsibilities:** + Program assessment in current state. + Project plans. + Roadmap for maturity with dependencies. + Run cross-functional meetings, identifying action items and driving to successful completion. + Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery of projects, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations. + Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions/recommendations. + Develop and prepare project documentation, improve processes, maintain web pages and track reports to communicate details of project Requirements. + Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members. + Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace. + The ideal candidate will also have some of the following technical skills: MySQL, PHP, Python or other scripting language. **Experience:** + 5+ in project management + Strong organizational skills + PMP + Safety background (transportation) **Skills:** + Project Management. + Strong organizational, analysis, and communication skills. **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
