Collaborate closely with sales channels and local business leaders to complete marketing campaigns, coordinate product launches and sales force training, and support key customer activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop market intelligence and B2B market participation increase strategies, crafting industry-specific materials, leading digital content, and representing the region in regional (LAM) and global forums to maximize visibility and growth opportunities.

You´re a professional with proven experience in industrial product marketing, specializing in flow instrumentation solutions. Defined by a strong customer orientation, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate technical advantages into clear and differentiated value propositions.
Throughout your career, you have led regional launches, developed multichannel campaigns, and closely collaborated with sales teams to accelerate the adoption of technologies in more complex B2B markets.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
-University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with a proven technical foundation that supports the understanding of complex industrial solutions and their strategic positioning in the market.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management in instrumentation or industrial technology industries, including market analysis, roadmap development, product lifecycle management, and working in matrix interpersonal structures
-Language proficiency: - English: advanced in English, with sufficient verbal and written proficiency to interact in global environments and actively participate in international groups.
- Spanish: mandatory as the primary working language in the region.
- Portuguese: desirable to facilitate communication in key markets, although not a mandatory requirement
