Bilingual experience a plus (Spanish). Prior experience in retail sales, restaurant business and customer facing sales is a plus! Responsibilities:

Customer focused-determine their needs and discuss vehicle optionsTake customers on a test drive and demonstrate automotive features (must have a valid driver’s license)Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales!Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperworkEffectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow up effortsPrepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrivalPerform the delivery presentation- ensuring the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
