**Description** **Devereux Arizona’s Therapeutic Foster Care Program** serves children and adults with significant behavioral and emotional needs. Individuals are referred to Devereux via Arizona behavioral health networks, and several tribal entities. Therapeutic foster parents are extensively trained to address each individuals' intense needs and work with them toward their treatment goals. Located in Phoenix, AZ, the **Foster Care Specialist** trains, licenses (initial and renewal), and monitors foster care homes in accordance with State licensure and Devereux requirements. The Foster Care Specialist conducts licensing inquiries related to reports of non-compliance with licensure regulations and assists in recruitment and retention activities.
