FPGA Engineer Job Description We are seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer with a strong background in Xilinx FPGA programming using Verilog. Responsibilities + Program Xilinx FPGAs using Verilog. + Conduct video conversion, including 4K video down-conversion and up-conversion, and HDR processing. + Integrate and manage video and audio systems, ensuring seamless operation. + Handle input and output of video content, particularly in the context of USB in armrests and 4K video playback for aircraft. + Read and interpret schematics and understand hardware layouts. + Contribute to existing development projects with potential opportunities for new development in the future. Essential Skills + 10+ years of FPGA design experience. + Proficiency in Verilog and VHDL. + Experience with Xilinx FPGA programming. + Background in video and audio technologies, especially high-speed digital systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 5 years of FPGA experience is a plus. + Experience with video and audio systems is beneficial. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
