Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’re the first impression and the go-to person for guests. You’ll help with everything from check-in to check-out, handle questions and requests, and make sure every stay runs smoothly.

๐Ÿค Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome

๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency

๐Ÿ“‹ Manage room assignments, special requests, and guest preferences

๐Ÿ’ณ Process payments and ensure accurate billing

๐Ÿงพ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service

๐Ÿ”’ Protect guest privacy and hotel information

๐Ÿ“ž Answer phones, resolve issues, and assist guests with anything they need

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Generate reports and support front desk operations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (in person and by phone) ๐Ÿ’ฌ

Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude ๐Ÿ˜Š

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Organized and detail-oriented

Experience in customer service or hospitality is a big plus ๐ŸŒŸ

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Bilingual? Even better! ๐ŸŒ
