As a **Front Desk Agent** , you’re the first impression — the friendly face and helpful guide for travelers from around the world. You’ll play a key role in welcoming guests, answering questions about the hotel and local area, and ensuring every stay is seamless and enjoyable.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Service:**
+ Greet and check in guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
+ Assist with special requests and provide accurate hotel and local information
+ Handle guest communications such as faxes, packages, and mail
**Perseverance:**
+ Tackle guest concerns with a positive attitude and focus on recovery solutions
**Inclusion:**
+ Treat every guest and team member with equity, dignity, and respect
**Respect:**
+ Appreciate and value every individual’s contributions, including your own
**Innovation:**
+ Be a local expert, able to share dining, shopping, and travel tips with confidence
**Teamwork:**
+ Collaborate across departments, stepping in to support roles like Concierge or Shuttle Driver as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ A passion for outstanding customer service (JD Power award-winning!)
+ Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, engaging personality
+ Ability to quickly learn hotel systems and property management software
+ Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
