Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently using **Opera PMS** . Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Manage phone calls, emails, and guest concerns with a positive and helpful attitude. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations. Ensure all front office procedures follow hotel standards and brand guidelines. **What We're Looking For:** Prior experience in a **5-star hotel** front office or guest relations role is **essential** . Proficiency in **Opera PMS** is **mandatory** . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Arabic language proficiency** is a strong advantage. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
