GBS Enterprise Learning Business Partner

Requires relevant expertise in a professional, sales or technical area. Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education. Majority of time is spent on: performing technically based activities, contributing to and managing projects, providing advice and/or direction in primary areas of expertise, utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations, leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders. Work is primarily achieved by individual or through project teams, utilizing technical expertise to achieve results. At senior levels, may act in a function leadership (i.e. non-people leadership) capacity. Responsible for planning, directing and delivering performance consulting service in support of the business unit objectives. Collaborates with other Performance Consultants and clients to analyze associate performance needs, gaps and causes. Works with the clients to ensure measurements for evaluation are identified, agreed to and in place to capture the effectiveness of the implemented training interventions. Routinely reports back data/findings and progress to the client to ensure learning interventions continue to support and positively drive towards desired outcomes. Directs and manages the learning intervention throughout its lifespan and shares responsibility with the client to ensure it is administrated and managed well. Provides feedback and coaches the business on issues related to learning interventions. May develop targeted content as boosters/reinforcement sessions. Builds and cultivates relationships with Clients Leadership, Internal HR Business Partner team, Learning & Performance and external preferred vendors. Serves as assigned business units primary point of contact for employee learning-related needs and opportunities. Project Management experience preferred.

Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent in education and experience. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years.
