Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1, Multi-Service to lead Food and Nutrition Services and Environmental Services at St. Luke’s McCall in McCall, Idaho. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing daily operations, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring regulatory compliance across both service lines. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in healthcare support services, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to foster a positive team culture. St. Luke’s McCall is a critical access hospital located in the heart of Idaho’s central mountains, serving its community with a wide range of healthcare services.
