Build and maintain business relationships with vendors, customers, manufacturers, and personnelAssess present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunitiesCreate and implement a dealership-wide operation plan including budgets, sales, and business plan componentsDevelop, train, and coach reporting managers on tasks such as selling, customer relations, employee relations, policies and proceduresManage and lead truck sales efforts and associated personnelMonitor data, numbers, sales, customer pricing, and quotas within the dealershipProspect and identify potential customersDevelop, implement, and maintain proper processes in conjunction with the Company and manufacturersEnsure dealership work is performed with efficiency, accuracy, high quality, and following all dealership standardsCoordinate with Marketing to develop merchandising strategies and advertising programs.Promote safe work habits and ensure that safety rules are followedAdvise direct reports on techniques and approaches through coaching, troubleshooting, or teaching practicesTake corrective action when necessary by issuing credits, speaking with customers, and working with other departments to ensure alternative methods are available for the customersMaintain expenses, assets, and materials and take action as necessaryAppraise employee performance through coachings, reviews, and evaluations as appropriateCollaborate with Human Resources to interview, screen, and hire employeesCIT Trucks, LLC. provides a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes:
