As a member of the Generative AI Consulting Team, this role will be to apply strong Python development skills alongside generative AI technologies to create innovative solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement Python based AI-powered applications and tools that drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock new strategic opportunities. Responsibilities will include writing and maintaining clean, scalable Python code for generative AI solutions,, identifying and deploying innovative use cases, and ensuring alignment with our clients’ operational and strategic goals. This role will also contribute to the development of Python-based frameworks, best practices, and AI-driven processes that deliver measurable value to our clients. The success of this position is measured by the ability to deliver impactful AI solutions, foster strong client relationships, and demonstrate measurable improvements in business processes through the application of generative AI. Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus. **Responsibilities:** + Design, build and deploy generative AI-powered tools and workflows that align with client needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments. + Analyze client requirements to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI and implement end-to-end solutions from prototype to deployment. + Assess client goals and operational strategies to ensure AI solutions are tailored to drive meaningful business outcomes + Evaluate the performance and impact of deployed AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in generative AI technologies to inform solution development and recommend cutting-edge approaches + Ensure that generative AI solutions adhere to ethical, legal, and compliance standards by contributing to the development and implementation of AI governance policies and practices **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields preferred.
